Warranty

For the OpenSprinkler products AC, ACE, DC, DCE, Latch, OSPi and PRO we give you a guarantee of 2 years from purchase. This warranty includes free replacement of the device in the event of damage or loss of function if this is attributable to the device. Water, fire and surge damage are excluded.

All other products come with a 6-month guarantee and of course the statutory 2-year guarantee, unless otherwise stated.

However, if you send in a product within the warranty, but the device is not damaged and works perfectly, we will charge a flat rate of EUR 30 for testing and returns.

For products that are outside the warranty period, we will send you a repair cost estimate.

You will only receive this guarantee for products purchased from us in the OpenSprinklerShop.
