OpenSprinkler Using DC with Power over Ethernet (PoE) Occasionally, we encounter use cases where users want to leverage Power over Ethernet (PoE), which allows a single Ethernet cable to provide both network connectivity and power. This configuration eliminates the need for a separate power line and is therefore particularly useful in remote or hard-to-reach locations where running additional cables is difficult.
Limited availability! We currently have 10 copies of the OpenSprinklerboard with ESP-07S. This has an SMA connector for an external WLAN antenna (not included). Order one OpenSprinkler AC, DC or Latch and we will install the circuit board for you. Order the conversion order for only 9,99 EUR.

The OSPi is enjoying increasing popularity. No wonder, because the new firmware, which can handle remote access and analogue interfaces, makes irrigation control fun. The first OSPi The version before 2021 had an acrylic parts set as the case. Unfortunately, due to immense price increases, it was no longer possible to offer the case at that time. However, we now have […]
For a few days now there have been increasing requests that... OSPi would no longer switch the outputs. The reason for this is the changes in the Linux kernel, which simply removed support for the Raspi-GPIO module. And that's exactly what you need OpenSprinkler-OSPi, in order to be able to switch the GPIOs. June 14.06.2024, XNUMX ATTENTION: The original firmware has already been adjusted! Update […]
With the new firmware 2.3.1(150), LoRaWan, NB-IOT and other external sensors can now also be integrated. However, the prerequisite is that they hand over their sensor data to an MQTT broker, OpenSprinkler can then subscribe to this as sensor data. The sensor is integrated with its “topic” and a text/JSON filter. The irrigation controller can then use this value. This is how it works […]
