Returns if the order is canceled

A return can only be made after a revocation. See here for the details: Cancellation policy

The revocation will then be confirmed or rejected within 8 days. A rejection can occur if the cancellation period of 14 days has already been exceeded.

Returns in case of defects

A return is only possible for defects that cannot be solved after two repairs or rework.

Have you discovered a defect? Write an email to the with the description of the error/defect support.

Refunds

Refunds are always made on the same medium as payment at the time of purchase.

For example, if you paid via PayPal, you will also be refunded via PayPal. If you pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer, we need your bank details.

A refund will usually be made within 8 working days of receipt of the return. However, if an inspection is necessary, e.g. if the packaging is damaged or the goods are damaged, this period may be extended and we will then inform you about this.

The refund may be reduced if the goods have significantly deteriorated.

For so-called “fun orders to unknown people”, i.e. orders with intentionally invalid addresses and without serious intention to purchase, we reserve the right to withhold the shipping costs.

After the cancellation has been confirmed, send the goods, if possible in the original packaging or otherwise well packaged, at your own expense to:
