OpenSprinkler keeps restarting

I have OpenSprinkler recently bought and have the problem that the device is constantly unreachable. Eventually I found that it keeps restarting. I read out via the API when the restarts take place. Within the last 44 hours 201x. Due to Reason 99: Power on.

It is also incomprehensible insofar as the watering actually only takes place in the morning. But I have the feeling that it has gotten worse since switching to the Zimmerman method. Previously it had restarted every few minutes sometimes, but sometimes not for 2 days.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

“PowerOn” is for the OpenSprinkler like switching off/on, i.e. restarting due to power loss.

Did you connect something to the sensor inputs or to GND/5V?

Or possibly a short to COM and a zone?

Can you measure the power supply voltage to see whether it is and remains constant (measure voltage for 5 minutes)?

If everything is no, please contact support: https://opensprinklershop.de/support and refer to it here. We may need to swap the power board (that has the voltage converter)
