<p style=”text-align: left;”>Hello,</p>
I have my OSPI working with a raspberry pi zero W. It gets to 51°C, and 55-58°C in the methacrylate box.
If I try to run more programs or services it gets even higher.
I'm wondering if changing the enclosure to a bigger box (like the ip65, but still enclosed) or adding a fan in the 5v terminal.
Haven't you found this problem? How did you solve it?
Thanks!!!
Never had any temperature problems, mine is running at 46°C
Have you checked your running processes with ‘top’? Maybe something is running with 100% load…?
hey, thanks!
no process run at 100%, OpenSprinkler was the maximum with 4% load. but I didn’t mean to bother you about raspberry, just about the design of the enclosure and temperature, which is a general issue of raspberry cases.
