Initial setup: Valves are permanently open

Hello,

My request may seem trivial, but then perhaps I can be helped quickly.

 

I have an OpenSprinkler in the version: OpenSprinker 3.2 AC.

In my valve box I have 4 PGV-100 valves (24 V AC).

 

My problem is that the 4 valves are permanently open after being connected to the open sprinkler (without power they are closed).

When selecting the power supply, I based my choice on the information on the OpenSprinkler website.

 

Does anyone have any idea where the error might be and how to fix it?
