Hello community,
Recently, for the first time, the sprinkler did not switch off, even though the program ran through. I noticed that the valve switches (it makes a click) but the water is still flowing. So the program ends as usual and records accordingly in the log, but it keeps sprinkling along. The only way I can stop the water is to turn off the main tap. Does somebody has any idea?

To narrow down the problem I would replace the solenoid valve. I would suspect it's the solenoid valve.
If there is no more power but the solenoid valve does not close, then it is either dirty or defective. Sometimes you just have to vent, for example if air has gotten into the line and is now “hanging” in the valve.
Thanks
