    Hallo,

    my request may seem trivial, but then maybe someone can help me quickly.

     

    I have a OpenSprinkler in the version: OpenSprinker 3.2 AC.

    In my valve box I have 4 valves PGV-100 (24 V AC).

     

    My problem is that the 4 valves after connecting to the opensprinkler are permanently open (they are closed without electricity).

    When selecting the power supply, I used the information on the opensprinkler-Side oriented.

     

    Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong and how to fix it?

    If you open right after power is applied, then you have a DC power supply and not an AC.

    We are happy to check this, please send a photo of the power supply unit
