Initial setup: Valves are permanently open

Hello,

My concern probably seems banal, but then maybe I can get help quickly.

 

I have an OpenSprinkler version: OpenSprinker 3.2 AC.

In my valve box I have 4 valves PGV-100 (24 V AC).

 

My problem is that the 4 valves are permanently open after being connected to the open sprinkler (they are closed without power).

When selecting the power supply, I followed the information on the OpenSprinkler website.

 

Does anyone have any idea where the error could be and how to fix it?

If they are opened immediately after power is applied, then you have a DC power supply and not an AC.

If we can check this, please send a photo of the power supply
