Note on delivery time

“Delivery time: 5-15 days if reordered, 1-3 working days if in stock”

This means that if at least one item is in stock, if ordered before 12 p.m. we will post it on the same day. However, if the stock shows zero and it says “can be reordered”, then I can expect longer delivery times. Most of the time new goods are already on the way, so you can reorder as soon as there is only one product left in stock. Unfortunately, due to the long delivery route (OpenSprinkler: USA) and the unclear duration of customs clearance, it is not possible to say exactly when the repeat order will be ready for dispatch. However, once it arrives, the goods will be sent in the order in which they are received.

The message used to be “14-30 days…”, but it turns out that delivery is usually quicker than expected.
