The TDR-310W is a modification of the Acclima TDR-315N. Its shorter probes allow it to be used in standard stone wool blocks. The device is a fully integrated Time Domain Reflectometer with very fast signal processing and high-precision temporal resolution for true time domain analysis of waveforms propagated in the ground.

Connection and Pinout of the M12 Connector

The VWC-1 (Acclima TDR-310W) is supplied with a 3-pin M12 circular connector, suitable for the pulse Hub. To connect it to a different SDI-12 data logger, the connector does not need to be cut off: The connector housing can be unscrewed (first loosen the lower, then the upper screw and pull off the housing), which makes the three wires at the contacts accessible.

The assignment of colors to functions corresponds to Acclima's connection diagram (red V+, white GND/Common, blue SDI-12 Data). The pin numbers were determined by continuity testing on the opened connector; please verify by measuring on your own connector before connecting to third-party loggers.
