The DLOS8N is an open-source outdoor LoRaWAN gateway. It allows you to connect a LoRa wireless network to an IP network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. LoRa wireless allows users to send data and achieve extremely long ranges at low data rates. The DLOS8 uses semi-engineered packet forwarding and is fully compatible with the LoRaWAN protocol. It includes an SX1301 LoRaWAN concentrator that provides 10 programmable parallel demodulation paths. The DLOS8N features preconfigured LoRaWAN standard frequency bands for use in different countries. Users can also customize the frequency bands for use in their own LoRaWAN network. The DLOS8 can communicate with ABP LoRaWAN end nodes without a LoRaWAN server. System integrators can use it to integrate into their existing IoT service without setting up their own LoRaWAN server or using a third-party LoRaWAN service.
MQTT and MQTTS can be activated, but only as a forwarder to an (external) MQTT server, e.g. Mosquitto on a Raspberry PI
