The DLOS8N is an open source LoRaWAN outdoor gateway. With it you can connect a LoRa wireless network to an IP network via WiFi or Ethernet. LoRa wireless allows users to send data and achieve extremely long ranges at low data rates. The DLOS8 uses semi-technical packet forwarding and is fully compatible with the LoRaWAN protocol. It includes an SX1301 LoRaWAN concentrator that offers 10 programmable parallel demodulation paths. DLOS8N has pre-configured LoRaWAN standard frequency bands for use for different countries. The user can also customize the frequency bands for use in their own LoRaWAN network. DLOS8 can communicate with ABP LoRaWAN end nodes without a LoRaWAN server. System integrators can use it to integrate with their existing IoT service without setting up their own LoRaWAN server or using a third-party LoRaWAN service.
MQTT and MQTTS can be activated, but only as a forwarder to an (external) MQTT server, e.g. Mosquitto on a Raspberry PI
