Programming adapter for OpenSprinkler 3.x

This adapter allows the firmware to be reprogrammed even if the device stops responding or is stuck in a boot loop.

Compatible with OpenSprinkler 3.0 – 3.x, as well as OpenGarage and RFToy.

Likewise, the diagnostic messages can be retrieved if the firmware was created with debug information. Experience with development tools necessary (e.g. Visual Studio Code)

!! Important: Never connect the USB programming adapter AND the OpenSprinkler power supply at the same time! This can damage the USB port!!

USB serial programmer for programming OpenSprinkler, OpenGarage and RFToy devices via a USB cable as well as checking serial debugging data. This programming device is based on CH340. It has a micro USB port and a card edge connector that can be directly connected to the above devices.

Note: For routine firmware updates, you do NOT need this programmer as all of the above devices support over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates. This programmer comes in handy when you need to upload firmware via USB or view serial data.
